Type of service: Residential services

Two of Elisabeth House's service users attend classes in the community - craft work class and age concern. There are regular service user meetings, off site activities and regular day trips and holidays. There is an exercise teacher who encourages gentle movement to music and fund raising events and parties are regularly arranged. Elisabeth House endeavours to monitor and improve its service, mindful of promoting independence and supporting service users. Referrals are accepted through Social Services, self referrals also accepted. Volunteers may be accepted to work with service users.
