Essex Coalition of Disabled People (ecdp) is a pioneering User-Led Organisation that has built an enviable reputation for supporting disabled people at a local, regional and national level. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Mike Adams OBE, ecdp has successfully focussed on both empowering individual disabled people to transform their lives and on influencing the policies that impact on the wider disabled community.
Our support planning service provides an independent support planning service, using a small team of experienced professionals who can guide you through the development and completion of your support plan. They ensure that the right level of support is included to enable you to have a plan that will translate into being able to live the life you want.
Training: ecdp has a wealth of experience and knowledge that it can share with individuals and clients. From helping personal budget holders to understand what it means to employ carers to assisting organisations meet their legal obligations, ecdp is able to provide high quality training that is enriched by user experience.
