As a Relational Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (level 7) I am able to chose aspects from a range of theoretical models rather than be limited to one and integrate them into a single approach. This allows me to be flexible in my practice and tailor my counselling work to the needs of each client. I incorporate many counselling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic/Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Solution Focused Therapy to name a few.
I am a registered member of the BACP.
