I offer full and comprehensive diagnostic assessments of autism spectrum conditions (ASCs) and/or intellectual disabilities, including post-diagnostic recommendations and signposting. For diagnosis of autism, I use the Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-r), and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS 2). For diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities, I use the Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System (ABAS 3) and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-IV). All assessments are used in conjunction with full clinical assessment ascertaining history and current concerns, in order to present a useful formulation and recommendations. A final feedback session is offered to discuss the outcome of assessment and consider any future steps for the client.
