Express CIC is a parent led voluntary organisation set up to support young people on the autism spectrum and their families. Express provide parent to parent support groups, including mums group and dads groups. Express provide Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) support, therapy groups and yoga clubs for young people on the autism spectrum as well as specific groups for girls on the spectrum and a siblings group. Express provide talks and larger awareness events to promote understanding in the wider community. The service also provides Drama therapy; Siblings groups; Girls groups; Yoga club; EHCP support; Disability Living Allowance (DLA) support; Events Awareness Talks; Work experience; and Volunteer opportunities.
