Fairview House is situated about 5 mils outside Durham City. Located in a small rural village, it's a service that was specifically set up to provide support to adults on the autism spectrum. .

It has four individual flats, two on the ground floor and another two on an upper floor. These share a communal area which houses laundry facilities. .

All staff are required to complete statutory and mandatory training in line with their terms and conditions of employment and the requirements of the role. .
