Type of service: Helplines, Family support and information services

Provides advice to people with disabilities, their carers, families and professionals on every aspect of disability. They can also give benefits advice. The Information Service helpline is open from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with an out-of-hours voicemail system. Visits to the service are by appointment only.
