Counselling and psychotherapy service based in London, in Knightsbridge and Barnes, for adults with an ASD and their parents, siblings and partners. The approach I specialise in is evidence based, primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and a compassionate mind perspective. Counselling approaches used: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eclectic, Integrative, Humanistic. Sessions can be face-to-face, by telephone or skype.
