Freedom Care prides itself on providing an individualised, personal and caring service, which views maintaining service users' family ties as very important. Freedom Care provides: homely places to live, with a maximum of three residents per home; a friendly staff team; adequate resources with money being put back into the service; comprehensive training for team members; educational day care with activities tailored to the individuals needs; 1-1 care support up to 98 hours per week; social and community networking; person centred care and planning. Volunteers may be accepted to work with service users. Referrals are mainly taken from Social Services. Please contact Joseph Kinch regarding referrals.
