Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living (GCIL) is a user-controlled organisation committed to promoting inclusive living by assisting disabled people to challenge barriers and make informed choices. Our services fall within four main headings: Inclusive Living Service, Payroll Service, Housing Service and Employment Service. Our Inclusive Living Service supports disabled people in Glasgow who are currently receiving funding to live independently. This funding may be in the form of a Direct Payment, Self-Directed support or from the Independent Living Fund (ILF). Our Payroll Service mainly provides a service to disabled people who are receiving a Direct Payment and/or funding from the Independent Living Fund. Our Housing service assists disabled people in housing need to obtain suitable housing. Our Employment service has a number of programmes that assist disabled to find suitable employment.
