This Consensus service provides six bedrooms in the main farmhouse with a separate modern bungalow offering two flats designed to support two individuals suited to a more independent lifestyle. The main house is a traditional farmhouse with rooms including a lounge and a kitchen/diner, all with period features. There is also a dining room with additional space used for activities. Grovelands Farmhouse is rurally located and is situated next door to Tandridge Hill Farm, enabling individuals to be involved in the care of animals, participate in arts and crafts and learn about horticulture. Individuals using the service can enjoy a range of volunteer work and are also supported to seek full time employment in the local community. Grovelands Farmhouse has its own transport for accessing local amenities and enabling individuals to access the community.
