I specialise in providing counselling/training for adults and adolescents on the autism spectrum (Neurodiversity). I also work with couples, family and carers. I facilitate groups and provide social understanding and skills based and therapeutic groups for adults on the autism spectrum and for parents. In addition I do Autism Awareness Neurodiversity training. Counselling approaches used: Cognitive behavioural therapy; Eclectic; Psychodynamic; Cognitive Analytical; and Solution focused. Offers Counselling to: young people aged 15 years upwards with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD); siblings aged 12 years upwards of people with an ASD; and professionals such as mental health workers. Counsellors, Universities, Employers, Health and social care staff, General Practitioners (GPs) and the general public.
