We offer information, advice and support to parents, carers, children and young people aged up to 25 years who are affected by a Special Educational Need or Disability (SEND). We help families manage the liaison between schools, local health services and the local authority education and social care departments.In particular we support before and during the statutory assessment process for an Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan and at annual reviews and transition meetings afterwards. We support children and young people up to the age of 25 years and their parents and carers.
