The Havering Association for People with Disabilities provides support and training for over 70 groups representing more than 3000 people with disabilities and their carers, living in the London Borough of Havering which covers the area of Hornchurch, Romford, Harold Hill, Collier Row, Rainham and Upminster. Opening times: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 12.30pm, 1.30pm to 4.00pm.
