We are a specialist Education Law Solicitors who are able to assist parents and carers across the United Kingdom (UK) with obtaining specialist placements for their children or additional support at school. We have experience of assisting parents with the special educational needs (SEN) Tribunal process and hold close links with schools, specialist autism advocates and organisations across the UK who assist parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We offer an individually tailored approach to all clients and can assist with all aspects of Education Law to include:
- SEN Appeals
- Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Conversions
- Exclusions
- Bullying
- Disability Discrimination
Our team are able to provide advice and support on these issues and more.
We accept referrals from any organisation, school, company or individual to assist with providing legal advice to families who require our input.
They are able to attend education tribunals or associated appeals.
