There is an Autism Resourced Provision for children who, with specialist teaching support, can access the mainstream classroom with some differentiation or specialist intervention. The school can take up to 7 pupils between the ages of 4-11 years who have a diagnosis of autism and a statement of special educational needs (SEN). They are taught for the most part in a mainstream class of 30 pupils, with some support, but may also be withdrawn for 1:1 or small group teaching. Pupils also have weekly access to a speech and language therapist. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils.
