High Close offers places to pupils who have an autism spectrum condition (ASC) or Asperger syndrome, often these young people present as having complex needs with associated attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), tourettes and other difficulties. It is a co-educational school taking pupils from 7-18 years. There are 36 residential places and up to 48 day places. Pupils may be accepted to work with the pupils. Another intervention, approach and programme offered by the school is Occupational Health.
