High Cross House
Main information
Type of service: Residential services, Supported living schemes
High Cross House supports up to nine people with learning disabilities including those with autism and Down's syndrome. Our approach to support: There is a named key worker system in place and everyone has an individual person-centred plan, which is constantly evolving to meet their needs. We promote independence in all aspects of daily life and encourage people to make decisions and choices about their lives and the running of the home through Priory Adult Care's monthly "Your Voice" feedback meetings. We operate an open door policy, and families and friends are always welcome and are often involved in social and recreational events with us.
