Created by Parents...
Home From Home Care was inspired by Laura, our lovely unique and very special daughter. We offer exceptional specialist residential care for adults (18+) with complex needs including Autism, Epilepsy, PMLD, Cerebral Palsy and High Vulnerability. Now the largest parent-led provider in the country, we are renowned for our quality service that puts individuals at the heart of what we do by creating opportunities they won't find elsewhere and supporting them to lead fulfilled and happy lives. Our unique approach combines the family perspective with experienced professionals from social care, creating a dynamic service that continually strives to offer individuals with a learning disability better outcomes and wider horizons. We recognize and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual by ensuring a person centred approach is adopted to encourage each individual to fulfil their personal dreams and aspirations.

As parents of a daughter with special needs, we understand how important information is when making those daunting decisions for the future. From going through the processes ourselves with Laura, and also through setting up HFHC and helping with the transition of the individuals in our Homes, we are knowledgeable in the issues surrounding transition and would be more than happy to speak with any parent currently looking at options for their child's future. Please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 587 0372 for more information or advice, and come and visit our Homes to see just how different we are.
