A jointly commissioned multi-disciplinary team providing assessments for children and young people aged 0-18 years in Hull, and signposting to other services as appropriate.

Assessment procedure: Screening of referrals, multi-professional discussion, joint assessment in various settings e.g. home, nursery, classroom, clinic.

Follow up service: Referrals can be made to EarlyBird, Portage, speech and language therapy, pre-school classroom, education psychology, community team - learning disability.

Multi-disciplinary assessment: Yes, profession involved: paediatricians, psychiatry, clinical psychology, educational psychology, speech and language therapist. With support from - autism outreach, portage, pre-school classroom/autism unit, Community Team, Learning Disability.
