Impossible Mental Health is a service set up privately to provide cognitive behaviour therapy to those with mental health difficulties. Deborah Nelson, the founder of Impossible Health, has chosen to specialise in CBT for ASD. She is currently conducting research on the benefits of CBT for parents of people diagnosed with ASD.
