Inclusion Care is an organisation based in Worcestershire which provides care and support to adults with identified needs, specialising in learning disabilities and mental health. Their aim is to provide a high quality residential facility which is homely and where individuals are free to have choice, expression and opinions which are valued and encouraged. They also provide domiciliary and supported living care and support; this is provided flexibly with services tailored to meet individual needs throughout Worcestershire. The packages offered are anything from two hours per week to a 24 hour service including sleeping or waking nights. They provide services to clients living in their own homes and aim to continue to enhance their participation in the community. If people require accommodation we will liaise with the individual, family and professionals to identify properties which will meet their needs.Support is provided to ensure that all relevant benefits and services are identified and made available to the individual.
