Founded in 2000 by a group of like minded professionals who shared a passion and commitment to both the provision and advancement of a high quality person centred service. Inroads are unique in our commitment to providing individually tailored, specialist support to both children and adults. We are an independent service provider who specialise in providing a wide range of flexible and person centred services for both children and adults. With both learning disabilities and complex care needs, we also care for and support individuals who are on the autism spectrum. We have a particular expertise in supporting individuals who challenge service, and have a proven track record in working with challenging individuals and enabling them to move on with their lives.

Mission statement: Inroads ( Essex) Ltd will provide a range of flexible, creative, and unique services designed around the individual needs of the service user whose support needs can challenge a more traditional provision. We do this by: being passionate about the rights of individuals and their right to a high quality service; being creative and forward thinking in our approach to care delivery; thinking in a creative way in order to provide bespoke services for complex care needs; understanding our clients individual needs; promoting the highest care standards available; working in partnership with all concerned with the care and welfare of our clients; investing in only the most up to date training available for our staff team; investing in a team of staff who have the passion and motivation to make a difference.
