Inter High School is an internet based online school. Teachers and students log into the classrooms on a daily basis. Teachers present lessons using voice, text, PowerPoint slides, a whiteboard and a range of educational websites. Students can interact in the virtual classroom using voice and text. Inter High School teaches a secondary school curriculum for ages 10-17 with classes in years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. In years 7-9 the school teaches a curriculum based on the English national curriculum. In years 10-11, students study for international General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSEs) with the Edexcel exam board. Class sizes average 12 and pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are educated in groups with other pupils. Students require a standard modern computer, broadband connection and a basic headset. We now offer AS and A level. In the 'Extra curriculum' section we now offer Art, Study Group, Mandarin, Creative Writing and Dyslexia Club.
