We provide assessment, treatment and care for adults with a learning disability and/or underlying psychiatric disorders or complex needs whose behavioural deviations require treatment within an inpatient facility and social care. A humanistic, therapeutic culture of mutual respect, aimed at encouraging the dignity of the person through developing their self-esteem and promoting supportive personal autonomy. A high quality functioning environment and positive clinical approaches for patients and their families. Our services are delivered through a fully integrated multi professional and inter-disciplinary team approach drawing upon the specialisations and strengths of the entire professional team. We offer a wide range of meaningful activities.

Assessment procedure: We have a full assessment package and patients are assessed for multi-axial diagnosis, psychological formulation and risks using a variety of standardised assessment tools.
