Accommodation consists of an open plan lounge/dining area with adjacent kitchen (fitted with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge and washer/dryer). The lounge has 2 armchairs, 1 recliner armchair and a sofa bed. There is a colour television with VCR/DVD and a radio with tape/CD facilities. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin with electric care bed and a Z bed, 1 single with pull out guest bed). A powered mobile “Oxford mini hoist” is supplied; guests need to provide their own slings and towels. The shower room is fitted with a wheel-in shower chair and grab rails. There is a full house electric heating via a £1 coin meter. Pets other than guide dogs and smoking inside the house are not permitted. We are located half a mile from Kilmartin, Argyll. A full range of services can also be found in Lochgilphead 8 miles south and Oban 30 miles to the north. Note that the use of this holiday home open to anyone with any disability or long term condition.
