Portage is a home visiting educational service for pre school children with additional support needs and their families. It is based on the common sense principle that parents are the key figures in the care and development of their children. They also run activity groups. A home visiting educational service for pre-school children and their families that supports children's development and learning. Other disabilities and conditions catered for are children who have delayed development. Referrals are based on need not diagnosis.
