Kingsley Special Academy Trust, Kettering is a special school catering for children with a broad range of needs, including approximately forty children with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Many of these children are taught in generic classes but a significant number (currently 13 and rising to 18) are taught in ASD specific classes founded on Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped CHildren (TEACCH) methodology. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils. Short breaks are just for their own pupils.
