KTM Care Ltd is a newly formed autism and Asperger syndrome specific domiciliary care agency with experience in the following areas: The triad of impairment which comprises: Social Interaction skills, Imagination skills and Communication skills; Complex challenging behaviour; Implementation of meaningful timetables; Devising person centred strategies to promote Independence as is safely possible; Ensure that each service user has the tailored care package to suit individual need; Buddy system and relationship with relevant Professional bodies including: Advocacy services, Social workers, Personal budget brokers and Local housing authorities; Full working knowledge of welfare benefits system; and Respecting the individual's right to have their privacy and dignity maintained at all times.
