The service provides an assessment, diagnosis and management of children under 5 years living in the city of Leeds with development difficulties. Leeds has three Child Development Centres: Wortley Beck Child Development Centre serves the North West and West of Leeds, St. George's Child Development Centre serves South Leeds and St. James's University Hospital Child Development Centre serves North East and East Leeds. All three are managed by Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

Multi-disciplinary assessment: Yes: Occupational Therapist, Paediatrician, Specialist Health Visitor, Speech and Language Therapists, Clinical Psychologist.
