LCPT provides an advocacy service for adults who are ordinarily resident in Leicestershire local authority, who are vulnerable or have complex needs and who use, or who are seeking to access, social care services. The service is available to (though not restricted to) the following people: .

• adults who have mental health problems,
• adults who have learning difficulties,
• adults who have physical difficulties,
• adults who have acquired brain injury,
• adults who have sensory impairments,
• older people,
• people with profound and multiple disabilities,
• carers of vulnerable or disabled people.
