Leigh Day were established in 1987. Their aim is to remain a niche firm specialising in the more complex aspects of personal injury and human rights law. They are committed to achieving access to justice for all including full, fair compensation by providing legal advice. They have particular interest and expertise in the following areas - personal injury, clinical negligence, human rights, abuse and discrimination law and have worked on numerous cases for people with autism and autistic spectrum type disabilities. Leigh Day & Co have also represented adults and children with autism and autistic type disabilities in claims for clinical negligence, sexual abuse and legal challenges to inadequate health and social services.
