Staff are all trained in autism, most have had 3 day course on Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped Children (TEACCH), many are Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) trained. The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (Ofsted) says behaviour and communication are a strength of the school.
