Main information

Type of service: Respite and short breaks

Short break respite service for children and young people 5-18 years old with complex to profound learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities; multi-sensory impairment; complex health care needs; and who may present with challenging behaviour. All service users are given opportunities to access and participate in a wide range of community facilities. Volunteers can be accepted to work with service users. Young people are referred by their Social Services Department.
