I provide individual and group therapy and assessment sessions to children and adults, specialising in working with people with autism spectrum disorder, Asperger syndrome and learning disabilities. I have also completed the Post Basic Dysphagia training, so can work with people with eating and swallowing difficulties. I can provide a range of assessments, from informal observations and discussions to formal, standardised scores and age equivalents. I have worked with several adults with autism, run groups for adults and children with Asperger syndrome, work with children at home and also in a residential school for 14-19 years olds with ASD. Can provide independent expert reports, attend tribunals / education appeal committees and can make visits to home or school. A member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, the Association for Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice and registered with the Health Professions Council.
