Living Ambitions is a forward thinking & innovative provider of support services for people with a range of complex needs, including learning disability, autism spectrum conditions (including Asperger syndrome), mental health concerns, sensory impairments and physical disabilities. We specialise in Supported Living and Outreach Services as well as young people in transition. Established over 20 years ago, we have always been focused on the needs of the individual and putting them at the centre of their support planning.
