We are a forum built on a community of parents/carers who work in partnership with the local services (Education/Social Care and NHS) who are actively involved and included in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the services accessed by children and families with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND), aged 0-25, who live in Luton (under Luton Borough Council).
