Lynfield is a friendly residential home catering for nine adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours located at Ditchinghamin the Waveney Valley close to the old market town of Bungay which has a good selection of shops, hairdressers banks and a nearby sports centre and just a 15 minute drive to Beccles and 30 minutes to Norwich, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. .

Decoy Farm is set in over two acres of land and has the benefit of a large garden where nine residents, adults aged 18-65 who have a learning disability, complex behaviours and/or associated mental health difficulties, can be supported to take part in therapeutic activities including woodwork and small animal care. There is also an area where they are encouraged to grow their own fruit and vegetables. Accommodation is split between the main farm house and a separate annexe. The farm house has five bedrooms, four with en-suite facilities and one with a bathroom directly next door. Each room has wonderful views of the grounds and the surrounding countryside.
