Manchester Carers Centre operates a dedicated carers' telephone helpline which is open for dedicated support Tuesday to Friday 10.00am to 12 noon. Whether you are looking for some information about caring, help with accessing services or just some moral support and a chat - the helpline staff are there to help. They can also provide information and advice regarding: Carers' Assessments; Access to aids and adaptations in your home; Access to grants; Benefits advice; Services for Carers; Emergency planning; Liaising with Care Managers and Care Agencies; Finding your voice and making it heard.
