Megan Baker House
Main information
Type of service: Interventions and therapies
Megan Baker House is a charity providing FREE Conductive Education Services at its centre in Herefordshire for children, teenagers and adults with motor disorders, special educational needs and physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy, head injury, stroke, dyspraxia and early on-set Parkinson's disease. Through CE participants learn how to manage and deal with the difficulties and challenges caused by their condition to enable them to lead a more independent life. Prior to attending Megan Baker House all participants need to complete an online assessment form, we then invite them along for an assessment and then write a detailed assessment report which will state whether CE is a suitable provision and if so what we can provide.
