MHA provides support services for people, living in the North East of Scotland, who are facing challenges in relation to their mental health and wellbeing. Our services range from befriending to counselling services (both adult and youth); supported housing to carer support and, managing various community day centre's throughout Aberdeenshire, providing many courses and activities. We aim to educate the public about mental health issues and to develop greater acceptance and understanding, as well as promote mental wellbeing for all.
