I work in an integrative way using many approaches to help clients make the changes that they want. This might include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Person Centred, or Gestalt for example. In this way, sessions are tailored to suit the individual. I studied with the University of Birmingham for 2 years to gain a Certificate of Higher Education in Autism and have studied TEACCH which is a structured way of working with individuals with autism. I offer workshops which are interactive and include discussions and activities to help those attending relate the training to their life or work. They are for parents and professionals. Workshops include a workbook which contains hand-outs.
