Mind helps people to take control over their mental health. They provide information and advice, training programmes, grants and services through a network of local Mind associations. They work to make it possible for people who experience mental distress to live full lives, and play their full part in society. Mind Cymru works in Wales with a network of 20 affiliated local Mind associations. MindinfoLine (0300 123 3393, info@mind.org.uk), offers vital confidential information on a range of mental health issues. Mind also have a Legal Advice Helpline available on 0300 466 6463 and legal@mind.org.uk The Helplines are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
