Type of service: Supported living schemes
The service supports individuals in their own home. The staff use a variety of autism specific techniques to best support individuals emotional, communication, sensory, behavioural and health needs. The services aims to teach individuals transferable living skills and provides opportunities to develop their skills, and presence, in the wider community. The service hopes to grow into all areas of North Wales and be able to offer a variety of support services which will meet a range of needs. Interventions and approaches used include ABA, behavioural techniques, hydrotherapy, intensive interaction, music therapy, PECS, sensory integration, social stories, strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention and TEACCH.

Age: From age 14 to 65
