Harrow Supported Living is based in Edgware / Harrow, West London (Registered office; Acton Day Service, West London). Support is available 24 hours a day, throughout the year, dependent on assessed need; the office is open between 09:00 and 17:00 on Monday's and Tuesday's and 09:00 till 16:00 Wednesday's to Friday's with on call management support at other times. The Domiciliary Care is registered with CQC; presently providing a Domiciliary Care service for one person with 2:1 support at all times. The service includes on site staff accommodation in a two bed semi-detached bungalow. At the service there are three bedrooms, (two for individuals' being supported and one is a staff / sleep-in room) a kitchen, a bathroom, living room and spacious garden. An individualised service is created through an in depth and detailed person centred planning process. Staff support the individual to access activities in the community. Support also includes the changing nature of the individuals needs and identifies areas where support is needed day to day as well as encompassing all aspects of life. Allocated staff meet the individuals' preferences, needs and dignity in respect of intimate care. The individual has a care and support plan which is reviewed at least annually.There a currently a modern spacious ensuite vacant room which has been recently refurbished.
