This service offers continued and specialised support for people who have autism. They support people with their everyday care, work and social needs allowing them to access the wider community and lead a fulfilling lifestyle. Support is provided to people at college, work, work experience or with social activities such as accessing local gym, library, community farm, leisure centre, bike riding, swimming and horse riding. They can also provide support for more adventurours activities i.e. rock climbing and caving. Self referrals are accepted from people who receive direct payments.
