Type of service: Day services

We are a day care service in the New Forest, encouraging health and happiness. We provide opportunities to do many activities including using the gym, swimming, hiking, beginners yoga, and on the other end of the scale our service users have the opportunity to volunteer at our small organic farm, where we grow fruit and veg - taking advantage of the therapeutic effect of gardening and fresh air, and also giving back to the community by donating any surplus foods to those less fortunate. We feel the world can be a stressful place for any of us - but particularly for those with autism and other learning difficulties, often having the knock-on effect of causing challenging behaviours which then limit opportunities. Here at Natural, we want to help our service users to lead a healthy and happy life through a healthy diet, good exercise and a stress-free, relaxed environment where they are able to make their own choices and actually be listened to.
