Aims to support vulnerable people in Newcastle to be heard and to have choices and control in their lives. This is done by running a Citizen Advocacy Scheme for vulnerable adults, providing Case Advocacy for adults with mental health needs, providing Case Advocacy in health and social care to people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities, and making sure that everyone knows about advocacy and sharing good ideas with others through Advocacy Network Newcastle (ANN). Ages catered for are 17 upwards for Citizen Advocacy, and 17 to 65 for Case Advocacy for adults with mental health needs.
