Newlands Cottages consists of two period cottages. Newlands Cottage 1: offers three large bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, games room and a kitchen/dining area where individuals are supported to prepare their own meals. Newlands Cottage 2: offers one bedroom, a guest room, kitchen, bathroom and a large living area. Both cottages have their own gardens where individuals can participate in outdoor activities of their choice. The common land opposite Newlands Cottages provides further open space for individuals using the service to engage in outdoor activities and social events. Newlands Cottages are situated on the outskirts of Caterham, offering a relaxing country setting with easy access to local amenities via a short bus journey. Individuals at Newlands are able to attend local day services and are supported to seek employment in the community..
