The centre provides a variety of services to support people who care for someone who is ill or disabled. This includes information, advice, training and leisure and social activities to Carers. They can also help with form filling, informal advocacy, training opportunities, stress management, alternative therapies, support groups, 'care talk' service and outreach. In addition, there is a Young Carers Group which meets every weeks for activities and fun for young carers, including siblings of children with ASD.
